Maius

Maius is an Empire 'Town' on the important trade route along the canal that links the Drakar River to the south Tanquary Lake system. The town grew around the canal's lock gates. It's the size of most Braeland cities.

As it was originally a Braeland village of the Barony of Maius, it is a frequent point of contention between Starport and the Eal Empire, but the people here have identified as 'Empire folk' for over 300 years now.
