A braveheart halfling can go to negative 10 + their constitution bonus (As if they were a warrior) in negative hit points before dying, instead of just 10. Consider them a fighter for the sake of determining this bonus. For example, a halfling with 18 constitution dies at -14 hit points rather than -10. If using House Rule 7, braveheart halflings instead have a 1-in-6 chance of dying, and only dies if they are reduce to 10 or their constitution score below 0, whichever is greater.
Braveheart halflings are far more hardy than the average halfling. A braveheart halfling begins play with an additional hit point, and gains 1 hit point at every even level. For a multiclassed character, this only happens the first time they reach that specific level in any class. For example, a fighter/thief braveheart halfling gains an additional hit point when they reach 2nd level as a thief, but does not gain it again when they reach 2nd level as a fighter.
Once a day, a braveheart halfling can taunt someone, as per the 1st level wizard spell.
Braveheart halflings gain a +1 bonus to reaction rolls due to other races’ acceptance of them.
Braveheart halflings are on good terms with almost all other humans and demihumans, and even have neutral relations with half-orcs. This kindly attitude makes them a favorite of almost any acquaintance.
