Morana's Grief

Morana becomes insane with grief for her brother, Lunarius, throughout the years after the great war. She almost destroys Magick Glades with death and decay with followers she has gathered.

Throughout the years with the celebration of Lunarius' fate each year, Morana begins to resent the gods and the people of Astnyr. She grieves for her brother, but it seems only Hystoria sees how great Lunarius was before the great war. Meanwhile Magick Glades celebrates the end of the war as if they did not lose anything. Morana becomes insane in her grief and as a result, gains powers of death and decay from her research and magic. She rallies for followers in the shadows and by 560 AL, she is ready to destroy Silvergarde.
  Now known as the Lady of Death, Morana leads her followers through the city's defenses, knowing them by heart. Nave is not prepared for this, thinking Morana would never do such an action. The city is almost destroyed in this assault until Knowler gains word of it from an Archdruid. Knowler goes to kill his only daughter, only for her to escape the final blow. The gods search for Morana, now a war criminal, for forty years, but they are forced to give up as they rebuild Magick Glades.
