Humfolk

Humfolk are the progeny of human and Beast Folk. Their bodies appear mostly human, with the exception of their arms, fingers, knees, legs, ears, and eyes, which resemble their beast folk parent.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Humfolk Are a bipedal species with fur covering their knees all the way down to their toes and fleshy skin on the rest of their legs. They have a tail that extends from their lower back. If they are of the Fox Folk ancestry, they will have only one tail their entire life. They have two arms covered in fur from the elbows to the fingers, while the rest is basically soft skin. Some have sharply pointed nails, while others do not. All of the limbs are linked to a fleshy torso topped by a head. One mouth with tease could be pointy or bland. A nose with two eyes simmers to their human parent. Hair grows from the top of their head, as do the two ears that protrude from the top of their head. they appearance like their beast folk parents.

Biological Traits

Their element resistance and weakness are similar to those of their Beast folk parent, with darkness serving as their resistance and light as their weakness. They don't appear to have the ability for random resistance and weakness like the human parents.

Genetics and Reproduction

A male and a female member one human and one beast folk will conceive a new baby. 8 months after the male fertilizes the female, a Humfolk baby is born. When a Humfolk has children, they can only choose between three species: human, Beast folk, and Humfolk. With Humfolk, we will create additional Humfolk, but they will have a 50% chance of inheriting the Beast Folk parent treat from either parent. If they mate with a pure human or Beast Folk, they have a 75% chance of becoming a non-hybrid species and a 25% chance of remaining a hybrid species.

Growth Rate & Stages

Humfolk are considered infants between the ages of zero to Five, during which time they were completely dependent on their parents for food and care. They gradually pick up mobility and world awareness.

The next stage is kids who learn, play, and grow between the ages of Six to 13. Although kids are not as dependent on their parents at this point, they are still present to meet the majority of their needs. However, young kids are inquisitive and beginning to understand others and themselves. People have a saying that a young child always hears and retains. My favorite saying from my friends at the bar is “Kids are just little people who become truth drunks”.

Between the ages of 13 to 25, their bodies begin to evolve and develop into adults, which is referred to as the teenage years. Their physical body begins to gain figure, height, weight, and muscles. In most situations, this is also where natural magic develops. In most circumstances, they will also begin to establish their identity and become less reliant on their parents.   From the ages of 26 to 180, they are in their adulthood, their bodies have matured, and they have a good sense of what their natural magic will do. It will continue to develop as they age, but in most cases, it has a set of talents.

From 181 to roughly 260+ years of age, they are elders; their bodies have gradually begun to slow down and become weaker, as have their magical talents if they are not kept up with. Other people regard them as wise because they have lived a lengthy life for a Humfolk. This is the Humfolk life cycle.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Humfolk  are an omnivore for species that need both plants and animals to survive. The body's got to eat the right amount of each type of vegetable fruit meat and other products to keep their body healthy.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Humfolk they have better hearing than humans, but the range varies among the beast folk. They all see in great detail up to two miles. Those with fox, bear, or cat ancestors will have good low-light vision. The wolf and bear people lineage has a good sense of smell but not in dim light. The other three did not have a better sense of smell than the humans. Touch and taste are just like most people.
