Templed Priest
A Templed Priest has practiced for many years, or may have exceptional talents that have been gifted to them by the Gods. A new Priest can become Templed when there is a vacancy at an Established Temple, or a new Temple is raised. A Priest earns their position as Templed by the Gifted Temple Priest of that district. Sometimes Priests will gather and petition for one of their own to be promoted, or sometimes a Gifted Temple Priest will choose someone who has caught their eye. On a rare occasion the Holy Gifted High Priest will step in and demand a Priest be Templed. Teach Village and City in Davian has a Temple, some have many, some have just one. The population and density of an area will determine the need for Temples and Templed Priests. At this level of Priesthood, you are expected to take residence in the quarters of your temple, and you are expected to give up any alternative employment you may have had.
A Temple Priest retains their post until they either request new assignment, they retire, they die, or they are asked to leave by Their Gifted Temple Priest, who they answer to directly.
