Fastolm is the Halfling proprietor of The Lively Grotto in the Fracture district of Confluence.

Fastolm is protective of his patrons, staff and friends, but is somewhat private by nature. In a fight with an undead Hobgoblin at the side of Arkomir Phinan and Dharra Boulderfoot. In which he proved surprisingly useful.
