White River
The White River receives its names by the numerous waterfalls and rapids that dot its passage from Lake Jachmead to Lake Ponchart. Flowing southward, the White River is nearly impassable to any travelers, although a few daredevils have boasted of their abilities in navigating the river on rafts and canoes. The river is important to the southern tribes of the Confederacy, offering a source of fresh water for drinking and cleaning that is unrivaled by any watering hole or well that can be found.
