Order of the Xoltin
History
When the Dusk Plague ravaged the dragons and the Council of Sorcerers declared Dasith a dragon who cannot infuse her blood, people speculated that Dasith would, in fact, find a worthy family of her powers despite the threat of the Council killing her for it. A Str'anan elf by the name of Katenka Samenaova witnessed the initial blood infusion in 234, and didn't think much of it at first. However, that night she went to bed and had a dream about the end of the world brought upon the person Dasith's powers would choose in the future. All she could tell of the person was that they have almost pure white hair and blue eyes flecked with green and would be an eathys. In the dream, a voice said "Like a house of cards, magic requires precision and control."
To her, she thought God had given her a warning about the future. With this dream, she believed the one who was chosen for Dasith's powers could end the world and that she needed to gather people to prevent it. At first, few believed her when she said Dasith infused her blood, insisting it went against the Council's declaration. But eventually, Katenka found people who were willing to believe her and would want to pursue the idea of stopping that person.
In the present time, they still do not know who exactly who this fated destroyer of Enaros is. But they believe she will.

With the events of Inarora's House of Cards, however, they do find out that Inarora Ahlweni Beservera is the alleged destroyer of Enaros. Granted, what they don't know is that she actually won't, but they don't know that. However, when it is revealed, they do start going after Inarora in hopes of killing her before the destruction of the world occurs. Hence, the Hwindhita Dasith's existence: to not only keep them from freaking out, but also to protect them from this sect who wrongly believes she will end the world.
