Motivation
Folmia is driven and passionate about making the duchy more prosperous and as such she is working on getting the church of The Shining Path to establish monasteries within her realms. She have granted the church some prosperous land which where hers and are pushing them to fulfill their promises.
She is also demanding the royal navy to patrol the waters more often, but are getting rejected. She is open to new ideas to strengthen the shores of the duchy.

She dislikes the old conservative nobles who work against her in her attempts to make her realms, and theirs, more prosperous.
Vices & Personality flaws
She have´t grasped the idea of making her peasants richer and how that with the enhancment of trade would make her nobles richer. She is set in the idea of feudal landowning as wealth building. She still cling to the idea that the peasants need to be ruled by a strong and firm hand and if they are allowed to make their own choices it would be bad for the realm.
She really hates when her peers think of her as a young girl who needs a man by her side to rule the realm and her.
