Del

Del grew up in the Fishing District and is semi-leader of his group of friends. He was childhood friends with Vanryell but the two of them have started to grow apart in the past several years. Del personally blames Tylen for this and has made this very clear. He has been confrontational towards him on multiple occasions which has resulted in Tylen refusing to acknowledge his existence. Van's take on it is that he grew up, Del did not. Van doesn't get into specifics, but says that there are things and people that he used to think it was fine to make fun of, but not anymore. He has talked with Del about it before, but it doesn't seem to help.
