Current Voice and Councilor of the Political District . He is an elf around 130 years old. He is known for being cruel and harsh to people around him. He has been the councilor for the Political District for 70 years and The Voice of Ansbridge for over 50 years and sees himself as untouchable. He has many ties with organized crime and has fought against progress and has increased the separation between the districts. Although many people are uncomfortable with him there have been very few attempts to remove him from power. When previous people have attempted to declare him unfit they subsequently withdrew their declaration.
