Temple of Lizrem the Creator
The Temple of Lizrem the Creator is a relatively small structure compared to many of the other grand temples. It houses only a small number of priests at one time. When asked, they insist that they do not need a larger temple because the true temples of Lizrem are scattered throughout the city in all of the forges and workshops. It is a very practical building, sturdy construction and well maintained. To the untrained eye it can appear plain, but craftsmen insist otherwise. They point out that much of the decoration that adorns other buildings can be used to hide flaws or distract from mistakes, but this building has no need of this. The work on it is near perfect, every angle exact, every line straight. Any mistake found, or any part that has grown worn, is fixed with excruciating attention to detail.
The inside of the temple is similarly kept. Furniture is kept in near perfect condition, with the only exception being the multiple work tables that hold scars of production on their surfaces. Within, there are a number of different tools that have been blessed by the goddess, shrines available for purchase, or schematics to build your own and then have it blessed.
