Tibridan Ilizana

Tibridan is a half elf who is the Councilor of the Merchant District. He sees himself as the most important person in Ansbridge and it is a mistake that Ivaran Morlee became the The Voice of Ansbridge. He believes that the Political District should be nearly disbanded, removed of having a councilor and that whoever is Voice should rule them. He denies allegations that this would lead to the Merchant District councilor almost always being the Voice due to their wealth.
