Districts

"The Crests" is the original Neighbourhood within Tor Alyn. It was one of the first parts of the city that was built as Tor Alyn was founded.   Many of the building show their age and are beginning to look run down.   The New Crests is a newer and more affluent Neighbourhood build much later than The Crests.   Whilst the houses are much bigger than those of The Crests, they are cleaner, in better state and build with newer techniques.   The South Ward The South Ward is home to most of the "Makers" within Tor Alyn. This is where the Smiths, Weavers, Potter etc all make their wares.   Whilst you can barter and buy items directly from these buildings, most items are sold in The Severn Markets.   The Faith District The Faith District is home to the churches and temples of many different faiths and religions.   The Ruler of Tor Alyn's Grand home is based within this District. The founder felt that being so close to so much faith and prayer could only be good for them too.   The Seven Markets The Seven Markets, despite it's name, is a single large market.   This is where all of the good, both grown and made, are brought to be sold and traded for.   The Narrows The Narrows is home to a mix of both Residential and Business buildings.   Many Merchants and Nobles call The Narrows home.   It is also where the Headquarters for The Crossborder Consortium can be found.   The Lumber Ward The Lumber Ward was named many years ago.Originally home to the Foresters and Lumberjacks whom worked in the Forest Of Solitude, it now also homes many of the farmers who work the fields for Tor Alyn
