Winter's Base
The walker Winter has a heavily secured townhouse in the city. Winter goes through great lengths to hide and secure her base of operations. Even with the help of a Werecat, Wilhelm Krüger needed many hours of tracking before finding the base. It is surrounded by barricades, posts with spikes, barbed wire and floodlights. She has cameras set up all around the perimeter. It is not known whether she lives there alone or shares the townhouse with other walkers. It's not known whether this is her only base or one of many.
