Personal history
Born in the capital Myth Drannor in the forest of Cormanthor before the spell plague Araleth was trained to be a blade singer. Fighting to protect her homeland in skirmishes in the years during and after the spell plague, as the human kingdoms of Cormyr and Sembia attempted to encroach on their magics during the uncertain times she quickly became a veteran and rose through the ranks of her order. The years went by until the current era and the fall of Myth Drannor. Devastated by the loss of her homeland, she wandered the coast of the sea of fallen stars until she met Bynzira fresh off of her assignment from Umagoth and they wandered the heartlands until they were eventually recruited by River.

Araleth spent years training with the Cormanthyr style of bladesong giving her a solid skills in Acrobatics, Arcana and Performance. While she has an above knowledge of History and Nature, most of her education has been practical, focusing on Insight, Investigation and Perception.
Employment
Araleth has been accepting and completing contracts successfully for 3 years. She normally skews towards combat contracts with Bynzira. She is also open to consulting on arcane matters, and bladesong performances.
She has also been working under Xior on his Zhentarim hunting missions for about 2 years.
Accomplishments & Achievements
After joining the windblown Araleth was driven by her past failures and her current chance at a fresh start and has one of the highest success rates for combat contracts in the company for her 3 years with it.
Failures & Embarrassments
The years preceding the fall of destruction of Myth Drannor were not good. Cormanthyr was under heavy attack from fiends and the Netheril and the blade singers were regularly deployed to counter these forces. Eventually the majority of the forces were pushed back to strongholds and Araleth experienced more than her fair share of losses before it all collapsed.
Mental Trauma
Araleth, like many citizens of Cormanthyr, was absolutely destroyed by the destruction of Myth Drannor and the losses endured in the preceeding wars. At this point it was bout 20 years ago so she has left shock behind and the relationship with Bynzira has helped, but it still weighs heavily on her and she does her best to avoid the north west Sea of Fallen Stars.
Intellectual Characteristics
Araleth has a high practical intelligence and has been shown to react quickly and adapt to new situations easily both in and out of combat. Her training also grants her an excellent understanding of arcane formula and ritual. However she does not do well when force to sit and memorize, and struggles to fight off depression when left to her own devices for too long.

The pair met while Araleth was wandering the coast of sea of fallen stars, having been devastated by the lost of her homeland. Bynzira had just come off the completion of her first assignment for her patron Umagoth and ended up traveling together. They started dating shortly after they were recruited by River to join the Windblown and have been together since They share a room in the weeping peak
