Right now the windblown is really the only thing other than Bynzira that she has. Its a good source of money, and a distraction from her past. It might be a way forward but for now its starting to become more than just a job

For Bynzira, this is the first thing she's really done with her life outside of her home town. Its a pretty good gig that brings in money and gives her a sense of accomplishment and a launching pad for adventure.

The Windblown gave Asha an entry into her second life. After her disaster and ressurection she was simply left to her own devices and the Windblown saw her value, gave her the training and the support necessary to thrive as a spy and both parties have profited greatly. Asha is by a mile the highest performer. While she can't slay dragons or demons the way some do, she can bring entire organizations down while leaving all their assets in tact. This performance record gives her a lot of sway with the founders.

Carlyle feels at home here in a way that she never did at the temple of mystra. They also let her continue her work with Hallia and generate some money to pursue her own interests here. She has a good gig here and despite her innate power she's not the strongest one in the room so she's not over burdened with requests for her abilities. Its a very successful relationship so far.

Barrin is loving it. He's viewing this as an extended vaction where he gets to develop his cooking abilities without having to do the hard work. He cooks, trains in the arena to keep himself and everyone else in shape, and generally helps with the work that needs doing around the keep. He's doing great and the windblown members are delighted to have someone in the building that knows what they're doing.

Hallia is thankful to the company for rescuing her and her friends but she's primarily using this as a way to track down dungeons and relics for the temple. That being said she doesn't have any reason or desire to leave the organization and the windblown in turn, is extremely happy with her and carlyles performances. She has made quite a few new friends here and is enjoying how different her teammates are from the members of the temple.

Tazbor has had a hand in shaping the direction of this company since he met the founders. He trains most of the new recruits and the windblown is fine with him recruiting members for the mezro reclamation so long as everyone understands what is going on. He gains potential allies, and they gain highly skilled fighters in a short amount of time. Its a win win for sure

Iefyr is looking at this position as not just a way to make money but as a way to find a new family and help heal some of her trauma. She's getting there but she still has a way to go. This does drive her to go above and beyond, especially on Aay's battle missions to take care of her companions and she's earned a stellar reputation among that faction. She can be over protective but its generally appreciated. Iefyr doesn't see herself going anywhere anytime soon.

Despite the level of utilitarianism from Illigith's perspective, she seed the members of the company as a replacement for the family she was bannished from, except here everyone accepts her as she is and sees her value. She uses the contracts as a way to spread good in the world.

The pair started working for the windblown during a refugee handoff with umenan. Seteth was the point of conact for the operation while zoe and draft were hired by a third party for a leg of the journey. Seteth was impressed and, with Aay's recommendation from his and Draft's growing up together, they were offered them a spot. Seteth gives them information about people in need of help and evacuation, and in return they move windblown members quickly to locations that might be tricky to get to with magic or need to be reached fast.
History
Seeker was there before the company formed officially and brought the founders to the peak for the first time. They've been vibing with the company for a while and they have no plans on switching things up soon. The company also gets crazy value out of seeker's skills.
