Generally walks around in plate leggings and a dark cloth tunic so he can be ready for a fight quickly. He carries a war hammer, a smiths hammer, a satchel of tools, and is never found without his pipe.

Personal history

Gredmar was born to a family of craftsmen in Citadel Adbar in the north, and served as both a smith and a soldier in the conflicts under the banner of King Bruenor Battlehammer. When the call when out and the spirits rose from Gauntlgrym, Gredmar was among the first to fight to reclaim the lost city.   After Gauntlgrym had reached a semblance of stability, Gredmar and a few others were sent as emissaries to a small settlement of feywild refugees that had made a home on the slopes of the mountain range. His time among the fey people proved instrumental in establishing trade between the two peoples, as they required materials for housing and a budding airship building business, and the dwarves needed food and medicine that the fey could provide from their newly reclaimed and healed settlement.   He eventually retired from the kings service in order to pursue new adventures with some of the village kids on 'The Wandering Roost', one of the first ships to sail off the mountain. When the crew eventually signed on with the Windblown and saw the Weeping Peak's portal glyphs he was able to remove the use of elementals from the ship.

Mental Trauma

Spent a good amount of time as a soldier cleric, and while he was able to save a lot of people, he still lost quite a few so he ends up being over protective of his new ship and the batch of kids he share's it with.

History

Arri and Gredmar met when Arri was young and Gredmar was new the village. They became aquainted as they were both involved with airship creation for the Hotenow village. History

History

These two butt heads pretty dramatically when they first met. Kithne's constant talking and all nonsense attitude initially clashed with the war veteran mechanic's reliable handle on things but as the only two members of The Roost that couldn't fly (before Arri's curse), they began to bond over the ship and the wider world during the long hours on watch or the stress of handling the ship while the others go out to fight. They now pass the time as a ritual, smoking and playing music while on watch shifts together.

History

Gredmar and Evrec got each other from the start. As both are variations of holy soldiers, they had a mutual respect and get along really well together. They will often pair up to work on The Roost, with Evrec handling external work and Gredmar handling internal work. They will also pair whenever a fight looks like it will break out on land.
