Esmeltaran

A halfling-dominated city in eastern Amn that lay to the northwest near Lake Esmel. The River Esmel, along with the lake, were both named after this city. Few halflings live west of Esmeltaran, preferring to live in segregation in this city or in Riatavin, because these settlements were near the lost halfling realm of Meiritin.
