Son of Mars (a.k.a. Edward Sallow)

Edward Sallow, more commonly known as Caesar, was an educated man that formed the Tribes of the southwest into Caesar's Legion, along with his second in command Joshua Graham. Caesar spent 30 years building a massive nation state on the back of slave labor and total indoctrination that he was the savior of humanity. When his scouts discovered Hoover Dam in the Mojave Wasteland, he became obsessed with it. Seeing New Vegas as his Rome, the Dam as his Gaul, and the NCR as his Pompey. When the first attempt didn't work in 2277 he tried again in 2281, once again with failure, this time, it cost him his life. He died in the inferno at his Fort when the Securitron Foundry beneath his feet activated, and killed all within.

Average, if a bit overweight to to feasts. Suffered greatly due to a brain tumor, causing seizures, blackouts, loss of focus, temper imbalances, and unreasonable demands and orders to his subordinates.

Caesar was highly educated, interested in history and warfare. He read through old libraries and caches as a young boy, this eventually lead him to develop a superiority complex to his peers, even using Latin, knowing none of the other teens could understand him.
