Tandi
Tandi was the second, and longest serving NCR President,in office from 2196 until her death in 2248.
Tandi was the daughter of the New California Republic's first President Aradesh. She is remembered as the most popular president to date, and the laws she helped pass included various infrastructure and healthcare bills, anti monopoly laws, and helped create the NCR Dollar. She led the Nation during the War with the Enclave, and helped founder partnerships with the Brotherhood of Steel. Despite all these amazing efforts, almost all of these action would either be overturned, or rendered moot by 2300.
She is on the face of the $100 Bill, and the Army Fort in which officers are trained bears her name.
