Justicars

In Aradis, the Justicars are the heart of the legal system. Stationed at the Storm Heart, a monastary of Kamivus, the Justicars are a holy order dedicated to justice. Wandering judges, they have the final say in most legal proceedings, unless the Grand Navigator. Knight Ascendant, or the head of one of the Ten Houses intervines.
