Vi-Poolgol Rronkopp

Vi-Poolgol translates roughly to "Priest-King", although with the Kuo-Toa's ability to manifest new, minor gods though the power of belief alone, what diety he is the preist of us ever-shifting. Rronkopp the ruler of Kuo-lan, in The Sunken Sea. He is highly arrogant and self-involved, taking a strange pride in being one of the few who knows about the city's TRUE ruler, the Aboleth of Kuo-Lan.
