The Great Law of Humanity

Lord Torin Nomerthal has re-enacted the Great Law of Humanity which states that non-humans cannot enter Hillsfar. This caused the eviction of all non-humans within the city, and for the creation of policies that oppress the non-human populance around the city of Hillsfar. Non-humans are looking for safe refuge in Elventree and some have fled to the new settlement in Elua's Lighthouse.
