GJ2066

Solar System GJ2066 is a pivotal system within the Independent Core System Colonies, hosting the strategically important Anchorpoint II Space Station. Positioned on the Frontier, the system plays a crucial role in facilitating colonization and serving as a neutral ground for deep-space expeditions and intercolonial negotiations.

Astronomical Features

Central Star: GJ2066 is centered around a red dwarf star, providing a stable, if somewhat dim, energy source. The reduced light and energy output require advanced technology to support habitable conditions on the station.   Planets and Other Celestial Bodies: The system contains several planets and moons, primarily uninhabited or used for resource extraction. Anchorpoint II is the most significant human-occupied structure in the system.

Anchorpoint II Space Station

Overview: Anchorpoint II is a massive space station capable of holding over 3,000 inhabitants, although it maintains a very small permanent resident population. It serves as a hub for commerce, industry, and negotiation in the Outer Veil.
