Fair Quintillus
The small world of Fair Quintillius does not quite fit the requirements to be acknoledged as a planet, but much like its inhabitants, its size is not an indication of its capabilities.
The Minikins are the only permanent occupants of Fair Quintillius. Not quite terraformed yet, the planetoid is covered in vast dome cities with tall structures and massive spaceports. This, coupled with their distance from the other warring factions, has established Fair Quintillius as the commercial hub of the Fair System. This has allowed the Minikins to remain neutral in the Fair Wars.
Geography
The vast majority of the world remains barren. What water and oxygen exists is synthetised in the dome cities, allowing them to remain self sufficient.
History
After the great Slave Rebellion led by minikin Julio Poto, the minikins emancipated themselves from the various other Fair Civilisations and took to the stars. As they landed on the small planetoid of Fair Quintillius, they realized they had a golden opportunity. Far from the rest of the warring civilisations, they could create their own state and become the way in and out of the system.
Quickly, they set out to trade with the inner civilisations, gathering valuable hexlogs, weaponry and technology, and selling to visitors from outside the system. This is what has made Fair Quintillius indispensible to both the Fair Civilisations and to the outer worlds, placing it under the direct protection of both. This trade has also vastly financed the terraforming efforts of the minikins, who boast that they now have rendered 15% of the planetoid habitable.
