Divini Matriarchy
The Divini Matriarchy; internationally know as the 'Women's Republic of Divini', is a nation that places strong traditional values on women and their authority in society. A nation whose shrewd neutrality allowed them to pass unscathed by the Human Collapse and whose wise foresight saw the value in supporting the creation of the Human Federation. Though Divini's matriarchal society brushes heads with many of the male ruled societies and nations, the republic has always been a center for level-headed and wise diplomacy.
Structure
The Divini Matriarchy is a electoral republic with the "Matron" being the head of state and the head of government, with women known as "Maternus" being elected members to the senate known as "Oracle".
Culture
As the name suggests the Divini Matriarchy is a nation whose identity is centered around women and the authority of women in their society. Among the human nations of Gaia, women have always been valued and considered sacred due to the nature of their god existing in the female form. Yet the Divini Matriarchy takes the ideas of female value to the extremes of female superiority. Women control every aspect of the nation from civil, political, and domestic affairs. This is not done in malicious intent against men as men are not active repressed in Divini. the culture only insists that it is imperative that women play an active role in the management and direction of a society.
The Divini Matriarchy is also a Great Forest Region nation and as such like all other Great Forest nations throughout history have isolationist and combative disposition towards outside influences.

Public Agenda
Being the only nation in the world that is officially governed under a matriarchal system. The Divini Matriarchy often finds its way of life challenged by the masculine nations of Gaia. The world stage the world in most sense is ruled by men and this births much friction within the nation; whose core belief is that women are divinely ordinated to lead humanity. Despite historically being renowned for its levelheaded policies, good judgment, and stability; its all female politicians find themselves constantly snubbed and ignored, for the mere fact that they are women. Ultimately the nation goes under recognized for many of its contributions to the world and other nations have gone as far as demand changes to and undermine their cultural ways. the Divini Matriarchy's Global Agendas are to 1) Have their politicians, ambassadors, and dignitaries treated with the respect and considerations as all other male ones. 2) An official recognition of the Matriarchy's contributions to the progress of humanity. 3) The preservation and respect for their culture, sovereignty and way of life.
Assets
The Divinians for centuries have utilized the foresight granting fruit that are born of the Holy Oracle Tree; An Agewood Tree that produces divine orbs that once popped grant the individual sudden foresight and perspective on issues of grave matter. The Oracle citizens have safeguarded and cultivated the tree to help them make wise and just decisions reguarding the nation's prosperity.
Religion
Religion is heavily engrained into the culture and society of the Divini Matriarchy. The Core pillars of the Order of the Clover place great value on women and their divinity and being a nation that is ruled by women the faith only stands as a means of legitimizing their way of ruling. Though their devotion goes far beyond the ends of legitimizing matriarchal rule, many of its rulers and politicians have been former priestesses of the Order and all members of the government and military must swear and oath of allegiance to the Goddess Yggdrasil and her tenets.
Foreign Relations
The Diviniy Matriarchy long before the formation of the Human Federation has reached out to better cooperate with other nations. Despite being a nation from the Great Forest region; a stretch of area know for the insular and rather isolationist tendencies of its people, Divini within reason seek mutal growth with the nations of the world. However Its cultural ways has always been a vector for misunderstandings and disagreements with other nations. As such there have been many incidents that have done much harm to the nations willingness to work with each other.
The Vastadians have become a constant source of criticism and insult to the Divinians, whether intentional or not ,the sleights over the course of 700 years has resulted in general agitation to the nation. Quite a few of these interactions led closely to the outbreak of war against Vastada for the shear egregiousness of the offense. Among one of these offenses was the incident know as the "Rending of the Garb", upon which the Matron of The Divinians visited Vastada on a goodwill visit to the king of Vastada; the first since the last major incident 126 years ago. A vastadian noble accosted the Matron mistaking the her sacred garments for the attire of a woman of the night and attempted to force himself upon her tearing apart the 500 year relic that was worn to mark the occasion. After subduing the assailant and demanding recompense from the king, he turned her away blaming her for being dressed the way she was and that there would be no justice done to him. The Matron and her retinue insulted ended their visit swearing recompense and the following day the nobleman was found torn limb from limb in his estate, with an official declaration of war arriving soon after. Within two months the Matrian Oracle Fleet, had already arrived and sunk most of the Vastadian Navy despite being larger in number. During the naval battle the king's only son was captured and brought back to Divini, set to be executed. The Matron exclaimed that the only way that his son and heir would live, was for the king to come to The Divini Matriarchy, surrender and kneel and apologize for the for his lack of respect. The king did as such and the war was over in four months.
Despite the "Rending of the Garb" being the last incident that resulted in military conflict to this day, The lack of commonality and understanding continues to cause rifts in their relationship and while not seeking to actively undermine causes cooperation to work against them.
It must be noted that despite being a matriarchal soceity that glorifies women and thier natural from; The divinians are a conservative moral society. They have traditional morals and value sets that while having a major role reversal of gender roles are still very much alinged with the rest of the Human world. Becaues of the shift in roles many nations fail to understand Divinian Culture and no bigger example of this in recent age would be a prime example of this than the Minor incident Refered to as the Tivean Differences.
The Free Lands of Tiveaudepoy are a relatively young nation whose core ideals of freedom create a value set that run opposite to most of the world. They are by most considered very progressive in the world view. Around 50 years ago Tiveaudepoy had invited the diplomats of the Divinian Matriarchy to a good will visit to establish more friendly relations with the nation. Wishing to return the favor the Divinians hoped to better help the young nation establish deeper international relations. The Tiveans However made of mistake in thier initial evaluations of Divinian culture, mistaking the female-centeric governing for progressive leaning values and agendas, and as such were intending to show the Divinian Diplomats the Tivean Way of celebration and revelry. The Divinians; not fully informed about Free Land Culture expected to follow traditional precedent and ettiqute. They however were welcomed not to crowds of people lined orderly and formally dressed. They were not welcomed to fine carriges and handshakes with dignitaries. They were met with the rabbling crowds partyers throwing confetti at them, whisked away onto dance stage with scantly clad men and bombarded with achohols and other intoxicants, by politicians of Tiveaudepoy no less. The Divinians became indignant of the belived disrespect that they had been shown to much of the Tiveans confusion. The Matriarchy had been so thoroughly insulted that they eneded the visit immediatly and brought the international community to propose sanctions upon the nation as a form of punishment. After what was over a year of talks, the diplomats had come to the understanding that there were large disconnects between thier understanding of each others cultures. The divinians are Relavtively isolated from the world as a result of the Great Forest region that they resided in and that lack of information had caused cretain preconceptions of both side. The Divinians failed to understand the rumros of freedom that the Tiveans lived by and assumed that they meant freedom in terms of governance and not personal values. The Tiveans mistook the roles of women being more prominent in Divini as a display of forward leaning thinking and living and so they wished to show the diplomats that they were the same. Ultimately the Tiveans Apologized for thier misundertandings and offered to make ammends by following formal diplomatic practices in the future. The relationship between the two nations have improved though the Divinians have not plans of further visits.

Current relations while good are not the best due to the more patriarchal member states often overlooking and sometimes not accouting for the needs and automomy of the matriarchal Divinian Republic
