Talmah - Terra Aelfe
The Talmah are the proud and hardy race of Terra Aelves, deeply connected to the earth and its natural forces. They are divided into three distinct ethnicities: the Mud Aelfe, the Rock Aelfe, and the Sand Aelfe.
The Mud Aelfe, as their name suggests, are at home in the marshy and wetlands of the world, and have a deep connection to the watered down mud element. They have the ability to control the flow of wet soil and affect the viscosity, allowing them to create hardened paths or quicksand to trap enemies. They are skilled at crafting boats and other watercraft as well as clay and mud structures.
The Rock Aelfe are the most skilled at manipulating stone and earth, and are at home in the mountains and rocky terrain. They have the ability to cause earthquakes and shape stone into incredible structures, and are renowned for their stonemasonry and architecture.
The Sand Aelfe are nomadic and can be found wandering the deserts and dunes of the world. They are skilled at navigating the harsh desert terrain, and can control sandstorms and create mirages. They are also expert traders and merchants, known for their ability to barter and trade with others.
All Talmah have a deep respect for nature and the natural world, and are attuned to the rhythms and cycles of the earth.
