Dalran
Dalran: Dalresæ
Enmohó: Dalmohó
Dalran1 is the language of the Dalrans in eastern Emlas, and official language of their empire of Dalra. It's closely related to the different dialects used by most of the tribes inhabiting the Zamra Mountains, including that of the Vanrans, the main culture in the region before being overthrown by the dalrans.
Dalran is notable for the use of different colour combinations and patterns for certain concepts such as goods, locations, occupations, status and ethnic groups, represented on flags and clothes, buildings and pottery. This allows dalran speakers and others to known what's in certain containers and identify certain buildings, among other things.

Writing System
Dalran is written using an alphabet made up of twenty nine letters, derived from that of the ancient Ilaxarans like most east emlatine scripts and adapted to dalran language. Each letter is consists of a vertical line with different shapes on top, with no curved lines to make it easier to carve in stone or wood. Like many alphabets in Gætíus' World, the only punctuation used is a dot used to separate each word.
Dalran script is usually written on clay or wax tablets, or carved into the walls of monumental structures, in which case it's traditionally written alongside Þekkalic and Vanran translations.
