Javtala is the southern county (jú) of Eþanstó, the northern quarter (stó) of the empire of Dalra. It's bordered by Meþama, Valakþala to the northeast, Balra to the southeast, Kelaxara to the south and the Akna Plain to the west.
Javtala's main settlement is the city of Júrtó and its current representative (hajat) is Iþralava.
The southwestern part of the county covers part of the traditional territory of the Vanrans along with Kelaxara, who were the dominant culture in the Zamra Mountains before an alliance lead by the Dalrans conquered them.
