Takaxis is the largest city and provincial capital of Pakróalx in northwestern part of the empire of Resak, and one of its wealthiest. It's located on the northeastern coast of Úrtal Sea in the western part of the province, midway between Lakamhela to the south and Banúþra to the north.

Demographics
Most of the inhabitants are native Pakrans or Rexans, smaller communities of Húlpakrans, South Hótics and Nalóxans live there as well.
Architecture
Takaxis is known for it's beautiful temples and manors, which are widely considered some of the world's finest examples of pakran architecture. The temple of Zoníox, goddess of love, intoxication and bees and patron deity of the city, is located on a step pyramid built on top of a hill in the northern part of Takaxis, and dominates its skyline and the surrounding landscape.
Another notable landmark is the Tower of Asakíox, one of the empire's tallest structures, which functions as an observatory.

Geography
The jungle surrounding the site has long since been cut or burned down to make room for fields, olive groves, orchards and apiaries.
