Wasteland
The Wasteland is a frozen, lifeless tundra that was once the bountiful province of Arechi. Centuries ago it was a verdant land populated by humans and hobgoblins, but following the Hobgoblin Rebellion and the activation of a Këltersturm it has been ravaged. Today The Gold Empire uses it as a great prison province, where the enemies of the empire are exiled. A few arechians still live at the edges of the Wasteland, clinging to life in their ancestral homeland, but most have travelled to other provinces and have become more or less integrated in the respective cultures.
