Calium is an ancient god, once he was eminent amongst the gods, for long before there were armies and soldiers there were warriors, men and women willing to risk their lives for glory, men and woman who sought riches and sagas, and to do so perfected their craft, they perfected the art of killing. Those are the true saints in the eyes of Calium, for he is the god of fighters of warriors, all those who seek to perfect their martial prowess for whatever reason they choose. His importances however have only faded with time, for he despises armies and grand strategy, that which makes and breaks nations. He hates that in war skill becomes less and less important, men and women cease to be individuals they become cogs in a great machine, it comes about fighting as units not as individuals and to Calium to individual people are paramount, it is their hopes and dreams that are important to him, it is their strength and will that he wants to witness. There are few who now would invoke his name, those who are willing to sacrifice themselves upon the altar of strength, those willing to test themselves to their own limits to achieve their hopes and dreams, and so long as great heroes stand, so long as people are willing to risk themselves for the sake of others, will Calium watch over this world.Aspects
