Korvanthor
The capital of the Ornland Region and the birthplace of king Korvand who it is named after, a vast and old city, its architecture changing rapidly throughout the town, from the rapid steps in technological progress that were made even during the reign of Korvand. Multiple great chimneys spew forth the grey waste from intense industry mark the city in grey ash and black soot.
But is a city of vibrant life, the streets filled with people bustling to and through, few of the many houses have a place for kitchens or personal needs, kitchens with people peddling food are found throughout it, great bazaars of goods from all over the league can be found. The folk though living harsh lives, in the dangerous foundries, they live each day appreciating what joys they can.
The great city is home to the most ancient and prestigious academies, here the greatest military minds in all the league have been trained and molded. Elite regiments forged in fire, the newest technology and doctrines implemented, for the Ornlanders have always embraced experimentation and initiative.
Demographics
Mainly humans, but with there is a relativly sizeable minority of orcs and half orcs in the city, and centaur trademen can often be spotted outside the city peddling their wares.
Industry & Trade
The city is heavily industrialized, with many forges and foundries making industrial goods, mainly for military purposes, but also plenty of wares that are sold across not only in the Ornlands but also in the rest of the Korval league. The city has the most amenities one would expect to support such a large population, with a vibrant city life.
