When first encountered Vex and Void looked like they are ten years old but within they contain the knowledge of long dead witches and warlocks. It is unknown whether they simply have access to past-life memories, are the joint reincarnations of long dead witches and warlocks, have those long dead souls residing within them or have access to those sould when they need them is unknown.
Now intense teenagers, Vex and Void are talkative and willing to share their opinions with the Dread Children and Mama Tet, they are cold and silent towards everyone else. The Professor observed one moment of intense and cold hatred between Vex and Void and the Bakenzenzi when a guest in the courtyard at Goropela to obtain his stolen warpstone. It was a single moment. Electric and terrifying, then ended, as though there was nothing but eternal harmony between both parties.
It is unknown if they are related or what the relationship between them is, however they have never been seen alone and behave as mirrors of each other. It is unnown if there names are descriptions, names they chose, names chosen by others or names of past reincarnations.
While ethnically Semud, Vex and Void wear the ritual facepaint of th Hausan.
They were seen joyfully using sigils to summon a horde of giant undead warriors, to open a wormhole to the tomb of fallen Titans and to tear the minds from random strangers. Mama Tet keeps close watch over Vex and Void, and will often use them to find what needs finding, to see what needs seeing and to conceal what can never be found.
Vex and Void seem fascinated with Professor Ruben and Dwayne son of Dwayne.
