The Pilgrim Army arrives in Solstice but with so many troops, few ships are willing to transport them across the Sea of Brass. The Army sells off most of its gear and supplies, causing mass desertion. However, a much smaller force does make the journey across the Sea to Iskendra.
In Iskendra, the Empress Zena Dardannos pledged to aid the Pilgrims by sending her army with them if the Pilgrims agreed to help the Iskendrans retake several important fort towns in the Kanesh peninsula. The Miraculous Three reluctantly agreed and set out from Iskendra with a bolstered force.
The Pilgrims, along with their new Iskendran allies, attack positions held by the Qartagonians in the Kaneshite Peninsula.
Pilgrims capture Bosra-by-the-Sea with minimal casualties, strengthening morale, and gathering more international support behind their cause.
The Pilgrims surround the Holy City of Jeharoa where the Qartagonian Emirates make their last stand against the invaders. A long bloody siege begins, with tens of thousands dying from combat, disease, and the elements. Eventually, the walls are breached, and the city is taken in 311 SE.
Prince Rainard and his men breach the walls of Jeharoa and unleash a horrific spree of murders and war crimes against both the city's Qartagonian defenders and the civilian populace.
Horrified by the destruction of Jeharoa, the leaders of the Pilgrim Army convene a council to determine what to do with the conquered lands.
