Turn Sequence

1. Ready turn

Refresh G forces counter. Add HEAT counter equivalent to the ME Suit's highest stat. Decrease all countdowns. Draw Map Hazard card.    

2. Players' actions

Based on any agreed sequence, the player will take their actions. Each player can play as many actions as they wish. Resolve any contests accordingly.    

3. NPCs' actions

NPCs will take their actions. Each NPC can play as many actions as they wish. Resolve any contests accordingly.    

4. Resolve player speed

All players resolve their movement according to their current speed.   If two players were to move into the same space at the end of the resolution, the collision results in a TOR contest. Both players then return to the space occupied right before the collision. Speed of that direction is returned to 0.   If the player moves into the same space as a large object at the end of the resolution, the collision results in a TOR contest. The player then returns to the space occupied right before the collision. Speed of that direction is returned to 0.   If the player moves into the same space as a small object at the end of the resolution, the small object is destroyed unless otherwise stated. The collision results in a contest, stat used is dependent on the nature of the small object.    

4. Resolve other large object speed

All other large objects resolve their movement according to their current speed.   If the large object were to enter a space that is already occupied by a player or another large object, the collision results in a TOR contest. Large objects then return to the space occupied right before the collision. Speed of that direction is returned to 0.   If the large object were to enter a space that is already occupied by a small object, the small object is destroyed unless otherwise stated. The collision results in a contest, stat used is dependent on the nature of the small object.    

5. Resolve small object speed

All small objects resolve their movement according to their current speed.   If the small object were to enter a space that is already occupied by any object, the collision results in a contest. stat used is dependent on the nature of the small object. The small object is destroyed unless otherwise stated.   Small objects may interact with the terrain depending on its properties.
