Archibald McIncloud
The head of the The Black Robes in Neverwinter also happens to be the head of the whole Black Robes organization. Next to that he is also the head of the Tower of Arcane Learning. And as such also the member of the Council of Wise Men representing the side of magic. As may be expected from a black robe, Master McIncloud is very secretive and keeps mostly to himself.
McIncloud is rarely seen on the streets. Most of what he needs on a day to day basis is already present in the tower, while the rest can be delivered there, or picked up from somewhere by a mage of lower standing. In general any business he might have outside the tower is limited almost exclusively to his presence at council meetings, to where he travels by magic means.
If one does ever have the displeasure of meeting Archibald McIncloud on the streets, one will notice that his looks are far from inviting and friendly. He has the constant expression of being busy with more important stuff than friendly conversation. A fact not in any way diminished by strange magic sigils and runes tattooed all over his face and any other part of exposed skin. Most people who would be able to recognize him on the streets will describe him as scary and uninviting.
