Lilith
Lilith is the daughter of Mordred, Lord of the Vale's Vampire court. While it's true vampires can't breed Mordred fathered Lilith before they turned. They both became vampire at the same time, when Dark One Spitta created them. Lilith and Mordred are original vampires.
She is very beautiful, which she uses to her advantage when hunting her prey. Although she does not seem as hostile as her fellow monsters. Lilith actually left the court and her father behind. She did this for love. She met her lover when she was out hunting. Fortunately her prey was the Demon Snake Essus, so she wasn't able to kill him. In time the two fell in love and now live together on the Southern Isles.
She has grown very close to Veli Riderson's family and cares from them a great deal.

History
Essus's first meeting with Lilith is when she was attacking him. Essus was out in the world on his own and was injured on the side of the road. Lilith was out hunting and saw him as easy prey, yet when she went in for the kill she stopped herself. She instead captured him and brought him to her father. This was the start to their long, dangerous relationship.
