In Pelor's holy city. Afterwards, Rosohr will contingency drop the anti mindflayer shield outside and flare the sky and prep teleport for himself and his allies. A number of mindflayers will rush up to the church. First 4, then 5 , then 6.
The party has limited time to dispell the Holy symbol of Pelor to remove the darkness and drive the Mindflayers back underground. The symbol is hidden in one of the three towers of the church. The party can explore one with a dc 15 inv check.

Tower one houses a couple of made up desks. Here the DS were scheduling and planning. Contains a number of their plans including the assault on Draconia, Neverwinter (deal with hags) and more. Furthermore shows they've been receiving 10k plat per month to occupy Pelors city. Various high prices were on each attack as well. Furthermore, with an arcana check, it mentions of a contingency plan (clone) for each member. Contains about 20k worth of valuables over the room (takes 1 round to collect).
Tower 2, practice room/armory. This was a library once, now most books are burned and broken. Many seem missing or torched. A number of magical items are still present here. Finally, a second trigger scroll is found here (labeled Mindflayer contingency plan) (castable by any magic user).

In the final tower, there is door locked with a big iron lock pad. Behind this door is barren room, with a pedastal with a pitch black symbol of Pelor on it. Any creature that touches it must succeed a DC 18 wisdom save or have their mind entered by Takhisis. The player is paralyzed and must retake the save at the end of each of their turns. Takhisis will siphon thoughts and memories out of the victims mind and deal 3d12 necrotic damage per failed save. If a creature reaches 0 hp from this damage, they will instantly die. On a succesful save the create has the opportunity to drop the acursed item.
If the item is dispellen with DC 18 arcana dispel magic spell or removed from the city, the darkness lifts from the city and the mindflayers flee back underground.
A silence falls over the city as the sun shines brightly and the clouds are dispersed. Then, massive cheers are heard from afar. The army closes in on the city with Cealynn and rush into the city. (Some old orken bodies can be found near the entrance, mostly decayed). The remnants of Holimion rush back into the cities to lay eyes on their old homes and buildings. Despite being damaged, most of the city is still in living condition and reparations immediately begin.
The party is allowed anything they want and can be given, though not much is available. People and store owners reclaim their places, though most valuables were cleaned out. Cealynn thanks them for their efforts and will
