The Voices of the Bedlam Mountains

The Voices of the Bedlam Mountains refer to the Dragonborn who make that mountain their home. With a strict warrior culture and hyper-militarization, they contribute the most to the Imperial Royal Army and are offered the most gold, support, and people. For this, the Voices remains fairly loyal to the Empire. The people of the mountain are extremely rooted in their culture and their history. A distinct line of martial masters has arisen in the mountain unmatched by any others. If one wished to attain mastery in combat then one must aspire to train under a master under the mountain. The people of the Bedlam mountains are almost exclusively Dragonborn but small numbers of tribeless kobolds and goblins make their home in the Bedlam mountains. The Voice’s struggle with a near-constant battle with the creatures of the Underdark which squeeze their way through the caverns of the mountain as well as more concealed infiltration by creatures like doppelgangers and changelings this has cultivated a society of paranoia and extremely tight family bonds.
