13th District

The 13th district is one of the many districts of the city of Lihiri. It borders the Forgotten District, the 19th district, the site of a recent demonic incursion roughly 10 years ago. The corruption of the 19th district slowly spreads through the thick walls that border it, into the slums of the city, sickening, infecting them. It is approximately 2 miles wide and long.
The district is roughly the size of a small city, and a hub of trade to other worlds. It is known for the airship port, Dock Firebrand, rare for a district of it's size.

Demographics

The district is highly diverse, though humans are still the majority (56%), with elves (17%), dwarves (15%), halflings (6%) half-elves (3%) and other races (3%).

Government

A resident noble family are representatives of Phaelmor in the 13th District.

Defences

A garrison of Morfan's Patrol are actively defending the district from any invaders, especially a rigorous defence around the main Gate.

Industry & Trade

The district's main income comes from the airship port named Dock Firebrand (which also has a permanent teleportation circle for arcanists), and accommodation for those staying that live in other worlds or districts. As a result of the port, a flourishing market ward trades goods exported from other districts to sell here.

Guilds and Factions

The Manthasir has a large presence in the district because of it's major temple.

Architecture

The architecture of the 13th generally follows the same patterns as most of Lihiri, with great domes, pillars and many open structures dominating the area.
