Conservatoire lands

The Conservatoire stands in the area between the Cragspire Mountains and the confluence of two rivers. This combined river then flows down past the Citadel to the sea. 

River crossings

Most of this triangle of land is wooded, but the main trade route between the Wolf clan and Bear Clan lands goes through the Conservatoire lands, as the rivers are smaller and easier to cross before they join.
Two narrow stone arched bridges with parapets cross both rivers. Guards stand at the crossing and charge a toll for everyone who enters their lands. There is no toll to leave the Conservatoire lands.

Buildings

The Main Hall is to the Wolf side of the Conservatoire lands. Though it isn't visible from the path between the clan lands. 
Other notable structures include the Inverted Tower, cottages for the Leaders of each section, and the stables for visitors.

Gardens

While most of the area is wooded, there is an area of lawn in front of the Hall. And there are small garden areas for each rank within the Conservatoire. There are no obvious separations between these areas, but it is strictly enforced by all members. 
The gardens are simple with a few shrubs and benches scattered across a lawn with gravel paths connecting them. In the spring many bulbs flower making them carpets of colour.
