Leaders' cottages

One of the perks of being the Lead in one of the sections of the Conservatoire is the use of a private cottage set apart from the main Conservatoire Hall in the Conservatoire lands

Exteriors

These five cottages are one roomed brick structures in a clearing a short distance from the main hall. The one for the Grand Master is at one end of the row, and it is slightly bigger than the others. Wood chip paths join them to the other buildings. Though only the Esteemed Masters are allowed to disturb the Leads unless invited.

Interiors

The cabins are simple, used as spaces for sleep and silent reflection and practice. Each cottage has a fireplace opposite the door, then whatever furniture the inhabitant desires. Generally this consists of a bed, a chair and a table. Each occupant adds decorations and extras to make it feel like home. And there will no doubt be books, music scores, instruments and all the other paraphernalia of their positions.
