Hazervia (Huh-ZER-vee-uh)
Hazervia is Empress Vazali's executive secretary.
She has virtually no sense of humor, and resents any interruptions that might set her schedule off-kilter. While she's not the most approachable person, she deftly keeps track of the empress' myriad of appointments, and Vazali trusts and depends on her expertise. Hazervia also prevents unwanted visitors from bothering the monarch when she's trying to work in her office--which often puts her in conflict with Bronzar, who drops by often.
