Delphyne
Delphyne is the AC NPC that serves the members of Meridian, and replaces Cetina after her untimely demise. She is associated with Agapitos Voreen, and has long been known as his second-in-command.
Delphyne is a dragonborn woman of formidable strength and unwavering determination. Born into poverty, she faced adversity from a young age. Despite the challenges of life, and the lack of support from either the system or a family, Delphyne worked hard to hew a place in this world for herself. She forged her own path through sheer resilience and grit.
Through determination and relentless training, Delphyne rose through the ranks of fighters within Springstar. Her prowess in battle and unwavering loyalty caught the attention of a local businessman, who recognized the potential she held. He offered her a position as his personal protector, entrusting her not only with his own safety, but that of his investments and she quickly became not only his protector, but his second-in-command. Her grit and wit both are utilized to his advantage, and it's known within Springstar that if she is at your doorstep: you listen.
She's easy to find, even though she does not frequent an office like Cetina did. She tends to patrol the area around the Heliopolis, train with soldiers, and frequents a small, modest watering hole called the Goldenhorde Inn. Despite the name, it's not for the highborn amongst Skysong, but instead a modest hole in the wall, where she's often found buying drinks and playing cards with members of the legionary.
