Victor Dupuis
Victor Dupuis was the owner of a factory in the Viomichanikós District in Springstar, prior to the Uplifting. The factory itself was a large-scale blacksmith, making everything from weaponry for the Springstar military to plain ol’ nails for building. Victor himself, meanwhile, had a quiet specialty in creating custom prosthetics. His work ranged from very basic prosthetics to just accomplish day-to-day tasks and nothing else to those with additional functionality powered by magic.
In year 13 of the Repose, after public protests about the upcoming Uplifting, Victor opted to remain in Old Springstar when the city of Skysong was created. He subsequently disappeared from public life, and is presumed deceased after the passage of over a century.
