Chemist

Chemist

A soldier that specializes in the use of chemical compounds, most notably poison gas. The Chemist is great for area control and debuffs on enemies.  

Chemist "Spells"

Similar to a spellcaster, you gain spells at different levels. Instead of literally being magic, these spells are instead reflavored to be various chemical effects   (1) Toxicology (detect poison and disease), Poison Dart Gun (ray of sickness) (1 slot at level 3, 2 at level 19, and 3 at level 18)   (3) Antidote (protection from poison): 1 slot at level 7, and 2 at level 15   (5) Sulfer Grenade (stinking cloud): 1 slot at level 10, and 2 at level 18   (7) Botulism (blight), Hallucinogen (confusion): 1 slot at level 15, and 2 at level 18   (9) Chlorine Gas (cloudkill), Sarin Gas (contagion): 1 slot at level 18  

Protective Equiptment

At level 3 You gain a gas mask, rubber gloves, and a protective suit which are automatically applied at the beginning of any combat that does not surprise you. Otherwise are applied as a free action on your turn. The gas mask prevents the affects of gaseous poisons and the effects of visual flash based stun effects.   At level 10 your allies also gain the effects of Protective Equiptment.  

Biohazard 1

At 3rd level you gain one use of each of the following chemical weapons:   Smoke Grenade (Once per long rest)   Mustard Gas Canister (Once per long rest)  

Biohazard 2

At 7th level you gain one use of each of the following chemical weapons:   Tear Gas Grenade (Once per long rest)   Phosgene Gas Canister (Once per long rest)  

Battlefield Scientist

At 10th level, once per long rest you can use one of your Chemist gas attacks or spells as a bonus action. At 18th level this increases to 2 times per long rest.  

Biohazard 3

At 15th level you gain one use of each of the following chemical weapons:   Flashbang Grenade (Once per long rest)   Incendiary Grenade (Once per long rest)  

Biohazard 4

At 18th level you gain one use of each of the following chemical weapons:   Sleeping Gas Grenade (Once per long rest)   Tabun Gas Grenade (Once per long rest)
