Blood Eagles
There are dozens, if not hundreds, of tribes, clans and familial groups within the frozen continent of Northguard; the Blood Eagles are no different. What makes them stand out above the rest is their meteoric rise to power and prominence in 222AV, as the ranks of their clan swelled immeasurably with hundreds, if not thousands, of warriors of a multitude of races, bringing with them the influence of some new, chaos-driven God, known as Khaine , a God who's hatred towards the rest of the world is unmatched.
Structure
There does not appear to be a great structure to the Blood Eagles; simply a mob of rabble, albeit well-armed rabble, hellbent on destruction and on sewing chaos in their wake. There are dozens of human tribes amongst them, each apparently lead by their own war chief; however, mixed within the men are trolls, giants, and all manner of creatures bound magically (or willingly) to Khaine.
Mixed amongst the tribal warriors are a multitude of spellcasters from varying backgrounds, including druids from Skycrag and various shaman or tribal medicine men from numerous clans.

Public Agenda
No leader of this conglomeration of clans has stepped forward, nor has any agenda besides sewing chaos and destruction been revealed; it seems these tribes began banding together and raiding the countryside, first nearby Frostberg and then spreading out over wider and wider distances.
In many cases, it was at first assumed that food (or other vital supplies) was their target, but after several outlier villages were burned with all the village's supplies intact, it became clear that was not the case; conventional wisdom indicates they are simply burning and destroying for their own goals, goals which are currently unknown.
Many of the barbaric tribes of Northguard are known to take captives as slaves, or to ransom them back to their families; the Blood Eagles are no exception to taking captives, but have not, as of yet, made any ransom demands for them. What is being done to, and with, the captives is not entirely known, but speculation from scouting some of their abandoned campsites indicates that many, if not all of them, are being sacrificed to this chaotic blood god, Khaine, in strange rituals by his cult-like worshippers.

Assets
Thousands of warriors have heeded the call of their twisted new God, Khaine, and with them came innumerable weapons of all varieties, from simple hand axes and hatchets to pillaged adamantine weapons and shields from fallen soldiers of Karak Hungren. Dozens of longships have been sighted along the coast and within the icy depths, bearing the black sail with the emblazoned red bird of the Blood Eagles; where these ships came from, and their purpose, is anyone's clue, but their existence means that nowhere along the shores of Northguard, even Winterpyre, is safe from the predations of these raiders.
Many of the combined clans brought their steeds to war, forming a makeshift cavalry of sorts; they appear to be ill-equipped and even more ill-trained, but the mere presence of horseman on the field can be enough to turn the tide of a skirmish or small, pitched battle. Some even brought large dogs and wolves, and even dire wolves, as steeds as well as simply savage beasts to unleash upon their enemies; several recent reports indicate that captives were fed to these beasts in place of hunted meat!

Through Khaine, we bring rebirth.
