TennōHeika (Ten-oh-HIGH-ka)
The supreme leader of all the Svirfneblin within the Underdark, TennōHeika literally translates to 'Heavenly Emperor Whom All Bow Before His Throne'.
Though it is a somewhat ceremonial title (with much of the real power lying with the Taishō), the Emperor's word is absolute.
The emperor of the Rock Gnomes is the monarch and the head of the Imperial Family. Under their Constitution, he is defined as the symbol of the Gnomish state and the unity of the people, and his position is derived from "the will of the people with whom resides sovereign power".
